So excited that I got to photography Tilly Thomas Lux's new collection, "Shooting Stars." This luxury wedding accessory collection was inspired by cosmic myth, nostalgic joy and the awesome power of Mother Nature. Sparkling stars and lustrous moons drip from tiny, shimmering chains and glisten in modern versatile designs. Hair by talented hair artist Jo from Jo Loves Hair.
I love all things crowns! I was back in Australia for two weeks in September to shoot a few weddings and had to make the most of the beautiful beaches while I was there.
Collaborated with talented flower + crown artist Natasha Pitkanen of Crowns + Wreaths who created these beautiful pieces for me to shoot.
Rebecca and Igor got married on Saturday in a truly beautiful intimate ceremony at Morden Park House with just their closest friends. Both Rebecca and Igor are from opposite sides of the world, Rebecca from New Zealand and Igor from Brazil. It was a chance meeting through couch surfing that brought these two together! In Rebecca words,
'I meet my fiancé through a website called Couchsurfing. I had been travelling a lot, and stayed with people I met on the website. I had a really nice experience and when I returned to London I wanted to be able to give back somehow. I didn’t have a couch to offer, so I decided to just show people around my favourite places in London. I met Igor showing him around London while he was here on holiday! He decided to move to London for me, and now its been two years!'
What an amazing story! Beautiful imagery of their day was really important to them because their families unfortunately couldn't make it across the water to witness their special day. Timing their couple photos perfectly for golden hour on a sunny day here in London, I think you'll agree their photos are stunning!
I am very excited to share with you Maya and Freddie's awesome festival wedding at their family friends property in Great Missenden from a couple of weeks ago! Hard to believe but it was a real DIY wedding with most elements made possible with the help of friends and family. Even though the rain was heavy that day it did not dampen the spirits and even brought all the wedding guests closer together. I know that most bride and groom to be's worst nightmare is rain on the big day, but I think these photos show that you can get awesome photos and have an amazing time even if it pours! It was a real party wedding with most of the guests braving the wet ground and camping with the beautiful newlyweds at the venue that night.
Randeep and Manish recently had an intimate wedding at Archbishops Palace in Maidstone which is such a breathtaking venue! I also love Randeep's dress, so bright and colourful, her orange traditional Indian gown made for great photos that really pop! Don't get me wrong I love tradition white wedding gowns but really enjoy when a bride goes for something a little more quirky on her big day.
